How we've helped others

  • Investment Management and Back Office Workflow Application

    Our team built a workflow application to replace multiple Excel spreadsheets and bridge gaps in existing third-party systems for a family office's investment arm.

    Our solution automated transaction and trade approval workflows with robust internal controls, managed corporate actions, enabled liquidity tracking and offered many other features - complete with individually customizable dashboards and reports for each team member.

    Family Office Foundation Management Application

    We developed  an application to replace an off-the-shelf CRM tool for a family office foundation, greatly improving ease of use, enabling flexible reporting, budget tracking, and adding grantee portals - all while reducing annual costs by tens of thousands. 

  • Automated Document Management Integration

    We developed an API-driven workflow to automatically download, name, process, and accurately file all investment documents from a family office's document ingest tool into their storage system. This integration ensured cross-platform accuracy, significantly streamlined document management, and eliminated hours of manual work while improving consistency and efficiency.

    Centralized Data Warehousing Integration

    Our team used an agile development approach to identify and consolidate all data sources within a family office, staging and cleaning datasets before loading them into a centralized warehousing solution. This integration created seamless connections across various applications, analytics platforms, and reporting suites, significantly reducing repetitive data entry and enhancing accuracy and consistency across systems.

  • Consolidated Reporting Suite for Portfolio Management

    We created a reporting suite that unified data from three different portfolio management and analysis tools. By building a standardized data model, we presented multiple performance indicators and metrics from all applications in a single, quickly accessible, and fully customized dashboard.

    Customizable Back Office Reporting

    Our team transformed data from a family office’s back-office accounting system into a fully customizable reporting suite, delivering flexibility far beyond their standard tools without added annual costs.
